Step 1: Start a New Project

1. Launch Sothink SWF Easy. Choose “File” – > “New”.

2. Go to the Properties panel and set width and height value for the Halloween card.

Now the stage is displayed as following:

Step 2: Set Background

Now we need to add a Halloween theme background for the card. Choose “File” -> “Import”, and then navigate to select the image you have prepared.

You will see the “Import Image” dialog box. Choose “Fit to movie” and click “OK”.

Step 3: Add Text

You can write your best wishes on the card. Click the Text tool from toolbar.

Drag a rectangle on the stage, and then write down your words.

Now you can go to the Properties panel and set text style, such as font, size, color, etc.

Step 4: Set Text Effect

To make your Halloween card more attractive, you can add some special Flash effects to the text. Right-click the text and choose “Add Effect” from the popup menu. And then you will see the “Select Effect” window.

Large plenty of ready-to-use Flash effects are prepared and listed on the left list. You can preview each on the right window.

Select a preferred one and click OK.

Step 4: Export Halloween Flash Banner

Now the Halloween greeting card has been created successfully. You can export it to SWF, GIF or AVI format. Choose “File” -> “Export Movie”, and then select the desired output format and click “OK”.
