I have finished defining the site, I am able to click Connect to see the remote ftp file directory and I have also created a local directory. But I failed to download the existing html files/directory from the remote site to the local directory. Our setup is not to create a completely new site and so we need to download the files and update and then upload back to the remote server. So, please kindly help in this.

We also have another question: Our existing pages are using style sheets and may I ask whether we can select text to change to H1 H2, etc heading style in the design mode? I am afraid we don't know much about html codes and we plan to modify the pages in the design mode and preview before upload.

Any advice would be most appreciated

Hello,

Could you please tell us the detailed steps how did you download the file from the remote ftp site? Have you got any error message during the process of downloading the file?

Referring to change the text to H1, H2, you can edit it in Sothink HTML Editor. You can choose the text first, and then click H1 in the toolbar in Sothink HTML Editor, and the label will be added to the HTML mode of the webpage automatically, just like the following:
<H1><HEAD>
<TITLE></TITLE>
<META NAME="GENERATOR" CONTENT="Sothink HTML Editor">
</HEAD></H1>

There are six levels of heading in HTML with H1 as he most important and H6 as the least.

Hope that will be helpful to you.
