I downloaded a trial and ran into the same problem. I then searched these forums only to find the  lacking  answer they gave.

Here's why it happens and how to fix this. All respect to the great Google:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=%2Basp+%22Selected+collating+sequence+not+supported%22&btnG=Search

WHY???

Your system was set up with the default language other than US-English.
read more at
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q202/1/50.ASP

HOW???

Fixing it is simple. Open the database in MS Access, Click on Tools, Database Utilities, Compact and Repair then Save.

Whala, problem fixed
