SWF Quicker shuts down when I try to open this one particular SWF file. Decompiler will decompile it, though, but I still cannot open it after I export the file.

Sometimes when a *.swf file is "protected" you might have some problems exporting parts of the movie. There is a free file you can download that will "unprotect" or "unlock" those .swf movies.

Do a google search for all types of flash "unprotect", "unlock", etc type files and you will find free software.
