 Post subject: swf frame capture?

What is the best way to capture frames in a window without receiving the message "current page contains frames..." all the time and looking for THE frame?!<br><br>

Please richt click the black area of the desired frame, and select "SWF Decompilter" from the pop-up menu.<br><br>
