I have purchased three different programs from Sothink, one of which is SWF Quicker 1.0. I have now sent 4 seperate emails to technical support requesting the upgrade to SWF Quicker 1.5 along with the requested information and machine ID. To date, They Have Not even bothered to answer my emails. This is Insane! What is going on here. Why can't they at least answer my e-mails! What is the story? I even offered to send them the zip file from my original purchase and that did no good!! Come On Gang!!!<br><br>

Our support team always give reply instantly.<br>For some unknown reason, the customer can not receive our reply. <br>Or other customer's email anti-virus function deleted our email by mistake.<br>In this situation, please send us your name and the email address you used to contact us through the "Send Private" function of this forum.
