I am looking for more tutorials on Quicker. I have seen the existing ones on Sourcetec site and and quicker I wonder if there is another place to see more. Would love to learn how to rollvover expandable banner. It seems to be the rage these days. I have come close to making one using the rollover get url that that is not quite it

So far I see you need two SWF files
??

You could use two images into the same swf and switch between them when mouse rollover the banner.

You can find many good tutorials here in this forum (AS2). Unfortunately no one in AS3.

It's hard to help you in this way. Try to write here the whole code.

You can even use a system like this:

Code:
myButton.onRollOver = function() {
my_mc._visible = true;
}

myButton.onRollOut = function() {
my_mc._visible = false;
}

Where your banners are one over the other. On rollover the upper banner becomes transparent.

Thankyou for this I can see how this would work but I am still
learning how to set the paths
So i guess to work with this code I have to put it an actionscript
class and name the movie clip my_mc and name the button
mybutton. I wish i could see the whole thing all hooked together
am trying to find tutorials ...ther are so many for other programs
on youtube like gimp and blender and I am trying grasp a little of each so I can do things combining all three but I am starting to loose my mind!

I understand. This is how most of people (and me too) start learning to do things.

I would be better to take a step by step book for beginner and only then move to something more advanced.
