Hello,

Which format of video file are you tried to convert?
Please send your file to support@sothink.com for check.
If your file has big size, please let us know at first.

Thanks a lot.

hi,

i've tried multiple formats, i.e. mpeg, wmv, avi (picvideo mjpeg codec).
the convert process seems to be ok, i got a "convert complete"-message, but no swf-files :(

if You wish, i can send You a test-file.

thx, laci

Did you get no output swf files each time when you tried to convert video files with different formats, such as avi, wmv, etc?
Or the problem only occurs for one specifed file?

If so, yes, please send us your vedio file to have a test.

If your video file is too large, please send a request to support@sothink.com and our supporters will tell you the method about how to send us the vedio files with large size.
Thanks in advance.

Hello adelattre,

Could you please provide the mov file for us to have a check?

Please also including the OS, the version of DirectX and Media player on your computer, it will be helpful for us to go further on this problem.

Thanks for your understanding and have a nice day.
