Hello,

I installed Sothink Video Encoder for Adobe Flash on a windows server.
Quicktime wasn't installed, so we cannot convert .mov files.
Then I installed it and re- installed Sothink Video Encoder for Adobe Flash, but we still can't make the .mov files being converted.

Code:
Error: Unrecognizable file format: D:\WWW\default\DATA\fvec\files\{B0E75201-247E-47A1-9DE6-EECCFC8EE20C}.mov.
Error: failed to encode the file. The exit code is 1.

Could you help us ? Thanks
