I'm running Vista and Video Encoder 2.5 version.
Why, sometimes my encoded videos stop before ending?
I mean: when I watch the encoded file, the self-movie ends at 10:40 min., although I manually can see there are all the frames done.
Please could you tell me what's the matter?
Thanks

That's encouraging (!) - I get exactly the same thing. I have converted the DVD (VOB FIle) as well as converting the DVD to an AVI first - although it stops on different frames each conversion it always stops at 10:40.

Do the Tech Support guys have any idea? I have emailed support independently and not had a reply - my client is awaiting their Video!

Can you please acknowledge that you are looking into the issue?
