 Post subject: Very Slow Support

I currently have a ticket in with Support and it has been with them for nearly a week now. My issue is I am trying to STOP videos from "AutoLoading" on my website. I have encoded my videos to stop "AutoPlaying" which works fine but I am finding that the file still downloads as if the video is being watched/played! This is consuming a lot of my bandwith!

It has taking nearly four-days just for support to recognise the issue I am facing. I put 2 tickets in and was advised by support to uncheck the "autoplay" box when encoding! This is not the issue! The issue is as I have written above and now that they understand I have heard nothing in reply to my ticket!

Looking through the topics I can see other users have highlighted the same problem back in 2009 and, I cannot believe a year has past and SoThink has not added this simple feature to the program!

I have been waiting for 6 days, only having received automated responses.

I haven't managed to complete the install yet. My deadline is tomorrow. I have spent $600 on this product which I cannot install, find any solution to my problems in the help or forum and get no help from support.
