I am still having this problem......

This is my computers configuration:
Windows 2003 server Enterprice SP1 and the latest patches.
Dreamweaver 8.
Sothink TreeMenu 2.00.
This is a fresh OS and software installation!

No other Sothink software is installed in this case.
I will quit buying Sothink software if this problem won't be solved in very short time.
The software is not useful for me at this way!

I have IE7 installed on my system, but I am using Mozilla Firefox 2.0 most of the time.

I have TreeMenu also running on my laptop, that one is running corectly.
System:
Windows 2000 SP4 with IE6 SP1.
Dreamweaver MX.
TreeMenu 2.0.

I hope you can do something with this info...

Hello BeeJay,

Thanks for the information provided.

One of my customer who has the same problem told us that the problem is related to IE 7. The problem does not exist in IE 6. The problem disappears after he uninstalled IE7 on his computer.

With regard to the JavaScript error "Failed to create empty document" you reported before, now we have released related topics at following page with reasons and some workarounds.
This problem was due to the upgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, but NOT the bug of Sothink DHTMLMenu or Tree Menu program, especially NOT caused by DHTMLMenu V7.0 or Tree Menu 2.0 (both latest versions).

Please check details at:
http://sothink.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=27453
or
http://sothink.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=27454

Hope the information will be helpful to you.
