You're in luck if you have backed up before you deleted the data, just restore from iTunes backup files via iTunes.
Step 1: Configure iTunes so that it doesn't automatically sync with your iPhone when it is connected to your computer;
Step 2: Connect your iPhone to your computer;
Step 3: Open iTunes, right-click on your device and press "Restore from backup

Assuming you have older backups, go onto iTunes, right click on your device on the left-hand side bar, and their should be an option 'Restore From Backup', or something similar, click that and it'll restore your iPhone to a previous backup.
Here's a iTunes Backup Extractor that describes how to do it:

A lot iPhone users are asking for help to recover deleted data which they deleted accidentally or intentionaly. General speaking, it's impossible to recover deleted data from iPhone. But now some data recovery program have succeed to create iPhone data recovery tool that could help. It works very well on iPhone 5s/5/4S/4/3GS.

When files are "deleted" they are not actually removed from your iPhone, until something else overwrites them. So by saving anything else to them you may have overwritten them. There is a decent chance that you can restore them though. I've successfully used undeleted plus before to restore pictures that were accidentally deleted on my iPhone.
