Thanks for the answer on frontpage BUT this is not really what I asked for.

I created a some galleries in Sothink editor. Now when I open a new page or even an old page in Sothink editor I can insert this gallery into my page. BUT now when I go to open this page in Frontpage the gallery will not show up in normal mode only in preview mode.

I would like to use frontpage to edit the properties - style and create an abosolute positioning for it. this way I can position the gallery image anywhere I want. I know that sothink editor does not have this feature that is why I am using frontpage.

so again how can I get the gallery item to appear under normal mode.

To work the problem out, please first still open the page in FP, turn to HTML mode, remove < !--webbot bot="HTMLMarkup" endspan -->, and finally it will reappear in normal mode. However, it cannot be edit.
BYW, you can use shared border in FP to insert a menu into many pages in one time. Thanks for the answer ! But I have another question. I am using as mentioned the cool menu and FP not sourcetec editor. I do not want to use shared borders. BUT I would like to be able to create my navigational menu's with cool menu and save it as a file name and in FP insert the file name instead of going to HTML and pasting. The reason I thought I would do this is because I would like to be able to modify this file and change my menu from time to time and I was hoping that when I save it that the file will be changed in my FP page. Again I do not want to use shared borders.

What can I do to modify my menu and resave the file in order to get the my FP pages to update themselves.

Really could use some help ?????

Fibronet

Since you do not like to use shared border, you can use include file function to implement the same effect.
Please follow the steps below:
1.Open your local site in FP.
2.Open a new page. Click "Sothink Widget" tool bar to insert a menu into the page, and configure the menu as you like. Finally save the page named such as include.htm.
3.Open another page that you wish to include include.htm. In the toolbar click Insert>web component, and in the popup dialog of Insert Web Component, choose "included content" in Component Type and "page" in Choose a type of content. Then click "finish" to select the included file.
4. To edit the menu, you just open include.htm and modify the menu. Then other pages including the menu will be modified accordingly.

Please note:
First the link path you set should be absolute rather than relative, in case that all files are not in the same directory. eg:http://www.***.com/include.htm
Second the files in the _pgtres folder should be upload to http://www.***.com/pgtres.
