Ellie,

The reply I got from Support says:

Hello again, John,

We found that the error is not related with DHTMLMenu. Any page including both http and https has such message.

Regards!

Sincerely,
Ester Huang

Ellie/Ester,

That isn't the case on my contact.html, mortgage/mquote.html & funding/fquote.html. The pages worked fine as https UNTIL I added DHTMLMenu. Only once I added DHTMLMenu do I then get the error.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

John

Hi John,

Sorry for not explaining it clearly in my previous reply.

If a page includes both https and http--containing both secure and non secure items, there'll be a prompt--- "This page contains both secure and non secure items. Do you want to display the non secure items?". It's not an error, though.

So when you visit your page, https://www.sovereignfunding.com/index.html, where there's also http://www.trustlogo.com/trustlogo/javascript/trustlogo.js
--the non secure item, you see that message.

Regarding why there's no such prompt in contact.html, mortgage/mquote.html & funding/fquote.html, it's because only https-- secure items are contained in those pages.

Regards!

Sothink Support
support@sothink.com

Hi,

I guess the problem comes from the way the url's are handled.

Under "Http" all urls are relative or absolute with "https". So that should be the problem with your site.

Check your items of your menu (pictures, js-path etc.) that all paths are absolute... Once you have done that there no message comming up...

or go to get around the error: you only have to check "disable" on the "display mixed content" setting under "Security/custom" in IE6.

HP
