Please input the directory of the file into the Goto URL box field. Such as /xx.zip or /xx.mp3. Please remember to upload the file to the site.

yes, i know that. it works fine with a zip. But for mp3's, if you click the button, it just downloads it as a stream with no progress bar. Downloads into the temp folder as if you were streaming, but does not play until it's fully downloaded. I want it to bring up the save as dialog box so people know they are downloading a file.

You may put all the buttons apply MP3 download in a single page. Then tell the visitor to right click the button and then select "Save Target as" in popup dialog. Then they will see the save as box.

To let the button made by Glanda bring out the save as dialog, please zip the relevant files and upload it. Then link the button to the zip package.

It's not a "problem", or we can say at least it's not a problem of Glanda itself. Under windows 2000, open the Explorer, select Tools | Folder Options, then click page "File Types", select extension "MP3" from registered file types, click "Advanced" button, in the pop-up "Edit File Type" dialog, you will find "Confirm open after download" is not checked. If you check the same settings for "ZIP", you'll find "Confirm open after download" is checked. Now we get the answer, whether a link will bring out the "Save As" dialog is depend on the user's system settings for the type of the target file.
