I purchased SWF decompiler for MAC to recover a FLA file. I wanted to make "text" changes only and then output a new SWF. The swf has audio, video, and action script in it. After exporting the new swf and replacing the old one with it, everything works fine except for the video portion. I can hear the video playing, but it doesn't show up on the site like the original one. When I switch back to the original swf, everything works fine. The problem is within the new swf file because that's the only factor that was manipulated. I opened a trouble ticket with customer service about a week ago and received 2 responses, the first and second day which has useless info. Since then, I've sent more replies that have come back unanswered. I'm very displeased with the product/customer support and will look into getting a refund if they cannot resolve this issue soon!!!
