I purchased a bundle Mar 8, and I am yet get the serials. I have opened a dispute with you over at paypal.com asking for a refund. Over at paypal, you had posted what looked like a standard answer to disputes claiming that you had tried to send out serials numbers multiple times, but due to faulty email filter, your emails had been rejected.
But I wonder, how can you send out emails when you are closed during weekends?
I purchased the bundle during the weekend and on your site I found this info: Customers using PayPal during weekends will not get serials before working hours on weekdays. But purchases made with credit cards on the other hand, will generate instant serial number deliveries. If I had found this info in the shopping cart, I would have used my credit card.
I wanted to fix my problem, so I needed the serials at once. But now I don't care..I want my money back! Please refund my $125.00.
