I have been trying to get someone to reply to my messages. I purchased the SWF to Video Converter on Tuesday, June 3, 2008. I never received a message indicating that you received my order. I also have not received the registration key. Paypal has already processed the payment, but there have been NO messages from you.

I have posted more than one ticket on this. Since I'm in the U.S. nobody is ever in your chat rooms when I am. Could someone please respond?! I really need the software registration key.

Also, support@sothink.com is on my safe list of senders.

Hi, have you found any way to solve your problem?
I got exactly the same thing going on: I paid with PayPal, didn't get any message or any download link or installation code, all complaints have remained unanswered.
I'm really angry ...

Please tell me if you have found any way to get contact to this somewhat unreliable company.

join the ever growing club. i dont know why sothink dont bother fixing things, they loose soo much business. their email system sucks, alot of people dont get their emails, their registration system sucks.
can take weeks - months to get any response from them. ive been waiting 6 months myself and given up also.

Same here... ordered the key for the swf decompiler 3 days ago. Payed with paypal. The money is already taken from my bank account, but no reaction from sourcetec. No key and no email.

So I tried to call. Faild (about 10 times). So I tried to use the contact form I found on the support page. Faild. So I decided to use the chat. Faild. Used the support email. No response.

So, my question to the sourcetec team is: what do you think for which reason I need the decompiler ? Maybe because I should finish a damn project, where I lost the source of it ??? And I'm running out of time!

I thought this software would be my last chance. But sourcetek isn't able to send me this f*cking key. No spamfilter here, no blacklisting. Why don't you send me this serial ?

i ordered the SWF decompiler, but i received a link via email to the demo version for v3.4. i did not receive a registration code, but my credit card was charged immediately.

i actually need the latest version 4.3. please let me know how to get the registration code for version 4.3 as soon as possible.

I chose the paypal option which meant my order didn't clear automatically and I did not get my reg key email instantly (I think all Paypal orders need to be approved manually). I immediately filled in a support ticket (the form takes about 5 mins to submit! - be patient). I had to wait till next day for a response - as it was after 5.30 in China but it was a courteous response with an apology and my reg key. Using product now - it's great : )

I think your purchasing process needs some more attention to keep your customers happy.

you guys are on holidays and i just paid 80.00 bucks for this program!! without no registration key. nothing in my junk mail or anywhere. What kind of company is this? wow Ive just been taken for 80.$ ???? i sent numerous emails to support no replay . wow very unprofessional system.

Sorry for my English.

I have payd by Paypal. By returning to the page of Sothink this page has only one textline (a TransID) and not the lay-out of the model in the help-section.
I have wait some minutes, but nothing changed.
I get no reaction on Emails. But have payd € 58,00 ?for nothing?

In Europe you get often responce within 24 hour.
