I have a problem with the product (sort of) and I've tried your support Live Chat and no one from support is ever there monitoring it. I've sent two emails and have gotten no response. So, now I'm trying this.
I tried to "capture" (download) a video using the product and when I tried to save it, it tells me that my trial period has expired and that I need to register the product. Now, I'd be more than happy to do that. The product is worth it. But the page I get taken to when I click the Buy it button, has absolutely no information on the purchase of that product. No pricing, no links to making a purchase of it; nothing. Maybe that's because the webpage lists the product as being "free". I did do an "Install" from that page, but when setup ran, I got an error message saying that the version I was trying to install was incompatible with FireFox 3.x (but 3.x is the most current version of Firefox for the Windows environment).
And I can't get the existing extension that I have loaded into Firefox to work because it keeps telling me that I need to register the product. But IT DOESN'T TELL ME HOW TO GET A REGISTRATION KEY. I need the product working again. And, to tell you the truth, I really don't like Firefox. I prefer to use Internet Explorer. So when is there going to be an SWF Video Downloader extension for Internet Explorer (oh, and it needs to be backwards compatible with IE 5 & 6, because there are a lot of us still using Windows 2000 Professional).
