Setting the width in pixels for a complete menu (not just the menu items)would be a nice option. So no matter waht you add it stays in those set boundaries (or maybe give a notice that you are adding to much and it can't keep it inside the set width or something).

Setting the border width of each border would be nice.

Setting the border style of each border would be nice.

I think it is high time to add customizable glassy buttons like ms windows vista. There are programs out there like web xp buttons that let you do that. Sothink must have that ASAp. The current content is not customizable enough. :x

While the product has many valuable features, the standard templates that ship with the product are generally lame. Very little true creativity appears to have gone into creating them. The Premium Templates (overrated in my opinion) are no real advance. Who in their right mind would pay $30 for eight color variations of the same tab style? This product could be made very competitive with more varieties of standard templates, or a better interface for modifying existing templates...of course "in my opinion."

If I've overlooked some grand editing feature, please provide us with some "how-to" documentation. By the way, has Sothink or any third party written a user's manual?

I think this is a great product, easy to learn and use. I love that it intergrates with FrontPage and hope the the next build will intergrate with MS Expression Web.

A nice feature would be setting the effects speed for showing the effect and a different speed for hiding.

So two speeds one speed for showing and one speed for hiding a menu.

Another nice feature that should be brought back in my opinion is the one where in the general tab instead of chosing
text or html you choose image and the program switches automatically to the image tab.

This was part of the old versions of the program but somehow it got lost. I would love to have it back.

Regards,

Wolf

I hope they can fix this issue that I'm having & that I assume that everyone else is having in IE6 about "DHTML Menu disappears when I click on BACK in my IE6 browser." Take a look at my Topic discussion for more information... http://www.sothink.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=28677

I would be great to be able to send a message text in the message area of browsers (window.message) when you click on a menu option.

You can copy and paste buttons. I haven't found a way to just copy the format (colors/borders/spacing/ect) from one button to another.

I would also like to see the ability to edit menus live on the server.

It would be great if you could easily add sound to the buttons.

When I go to PUBLISH JS the box doesn't save the last settings for paths. It should save so I can republish over the same files without selecting folder paths each time.

We could use more button choices. More templates.

Also there is an icon to press for Append sub menu items but none for creating new top level buttons.

I would like sothink to implement another function in Menu Item -Advanced - Disabled. There is a function "Disable menu items", I would like next to it to be "Disable link(s)". This way a user can disable the link applied to a button. I now I can manually delete the link but i have a menu with over 100 links and once or twice a year when I update the contents of the web site I have to temporarily disable the links (the client wants the buttons of the menu to be visible but not linked, with disable menu item the buttons are not visible). Without out this function I have to delete all the links, and after the update of the content I have to relink all of them.

Thanks,
Aleksandar
