All of a sudden when using DHTML Menu 9, I get a request to enter my registration information. The Name and Key fields are already completed with the correct information. But, when I hit the OK button, I get an error code 5 that my registration is no good. I went back to my original email received after purchase and the name and key are identical to what was entered when I tried to open the routine. I've been using this for some time before this situation occurred. I tried to open as an administrator; I even reinstalled the software... but same result.
Please help. I need this software!

Thank you! Did send about an hour ago. I'm hoping they give me a new registration and that will take care of that. Still weird as to why it was OK one day then no good the next!!!
