I am using v9.60 build 940 occasionally when I start the program I have to activate I know I have activated this software at least 6 times since installing it in December 2010
Why do I have to activate over and over ?

E-mail support@sothink.com with your registration e-mail info and tell them of the problem. . .

no reply yet.

one more question
If I install the latest version 9.7 will my Registration Key work?

From our experience with this kind of issues, we discovered from what our customers told us, that there are cases when our emails went in the spam or bulk section of the email address. Maybe it is a good idea to have a check and whitelist support@sothink.com in your mailbox to get the prompt response.

Moreover, we would like to advise that your license for Sothink DHTML Menu V9.6 is valid for the latest version 9.7.
