Help!

I have been trying for several months, yes, months, to get a reply with a registration key for the upgrade to DHTML Menu 9.x
I have sent many emails, including one today, and have not received any replies.

I originally ordered 7.x, then upgraded to 8.x. I NEED to upgrade to 9.x so it will work on my PC.
The upgrade from 8.x to 9.x is supposedly free, but at this point I don't care if I need to pay an upgrade to get to 9.x.

I need the registration key for 9.x

The details of my previous orders are as follows;
I ordered DHTML Menu 7.x and then the upgrade to 8.x as below

element 5 Order number: 105613205
Registration Name:amasters(at)customthermoelectric.com
Registration
Key: i can provide it if needed

And for 8.x ….
element 5 Order number: 167776835

Key:i can provide it if needed

I sent an email in Yesterday, still no reply, and I made sure that they were white listed.

At this rate, I'm about ready to move to another company's menu system that has better support, and remove DHTML from our website
I refuse to buy the entire product again, when I should be getting the upgrade.

What do I have to do to get a reply from someone at Sothink?

Please answer my emails requesting the registration key for the upgrade from 8.x to 9.x

We have checked your mail but the latest one is in the year 2012; we replied to that mail and advised that you could upgrade your version to the latest version for FREE; your previous registration information is still valid.

Thank you for replying, but...

I tried using the 8.x key from before, but after entering the name and key, it says;

"The registration key you entered is not correct. Error code 3. Please contact customer service!"

I have sent an email about this
