1.Due to the Chinese Lunar New Year's Day(The Spring Festival), our holidays started from February 6th 15:30 to February 17th 9:00,2005(GMT+8:00)
2. There is something wrong with our mailing system during holidays, as a result of this, a part of customer's emails couldn't be delivered to us in time, and also our replied to the emails couldn't be delivered to the customers in time.
3. Though we have a few tech staff working overtime during the holidays, there were still a part of emails delayed to be processed due to all above reasons.
