 Post subject: Why <strong> not <b>

why does the editor use the <STRONG> tag when you select the B for bold, <b> is bold?!<br>can I change this?<br><br>

In this <strong> and <b>,
<b> means no semantic meaning beyond "make to bold"; if bold is not
available, there is no reverse rendering.
<strong> means strongly emphasized text; certain browsers render
strongly emphasized text in bold, though this is not required.
