We would like to advise that except some special bundles, all other registration information shall be delivered automatically once the payment is completed.

However, our mails might also fail to reach some users due to certain reasons, for example, their mail boxes are blocking our mails; in this case, users could find our mails in their junk mail folder.

Another reason for delivery failure is that the key-generation system fails to generate registration information automatically (but this occurs rarely); in this case, we will process the orders manually.

So according to the above information, the key delivery problem has nothing to do with where the company locates.

During our National Day holiday (29, Sep. to 5, Oct.), we provided service on 2, Oct., which might cause delayed reply to users.

We feel sorry for all the inconvenience caused to some users!

I have been trying to get someone to reply to my messages. I purchased the SWF to Video Converter on Sun Oct 4th, 2008. I never received a message indicating that you received my order. I also have not received the registration key. My credit card shows that I am being billed yet I still have not recieved the key or any replys to emails. I see now at this forum I am not the only one that goes through this. Why are your guys treating your customers so poorly? You wont last long doing business like this.

I have now posted more than one ticket on this. 2 plus the original email sent to support. Since I'm in the U.S. nobody is ever in your chat rooms when I am. Could someone please respond?! I really need the software registration key or a immediate refund.

Help!!! Is there anyone who can help me with my issue?

This is my fourth submission and have not got "ANY" response… I really like your product but am hisitant to refer it to my associates as I can't get any type of support what-so-ever...

I originally purchase Sothink DHTMLMenu 5.0 on 11/18/05.

My original computer in which I had the software installed on "crashed". I purchased a new HP computer with Windows Vista and I can't get the Registration Code to take. Please let me know what I'm to do. I have a client in which I need to make changes to their navigation menu as soon as possible.

to begin with yo need to upgrade to version 9 as 5 wont work on latest browsers very well.
seconly, just pray and wait that sothink will get to you sometime before christmas keeping in mind their email is screwed and useless.

Thanks for your ever-last willingness to help the users; however, you seem to have bias against our mail-delivery issues which is caused by many reasons, not only the fault on our part: sometimes our IP is blocked by the mail server of the users (this is not predictable).

We are always trying our best to make sure users can receive our mail, so we try to resend the mails via gmail or Yahoo,we really feel sorry about the inconvenience.

Hope you could understand that!

I too have sent mail requesting a key for the html editor.
I should have checked the forums first to see that you have problems sending the keys out. Once payment was made, I was NOT directed to a page with the key.

No doubt you are going to say that you've sent me the key so can you please pm me the key here as then I might have half a chance of getting it.
There are no emails from sothink in my junk or trash folder

Why have you deleted my post in answer to your own?
I'm afraid you are mistaken. Nothing was sent was it? Today I received an email from sothink saying they'd sent the key, but bizarrely they didn't include the key.

I ordered the item 8 days ago and todays email is the first contact. Which ever way you look at it, that is simply not good enough. But, if it wasn't for the "We sent it" and "Your email client has blocked it" etc etc I'd let that go, and say thanks.

As I said in my post that has been deleted, I now "Do not want any sothink products at all, including the one I've purchased"

I also urge you to take a close look at your delivery system, as it clearly does not work

Well, I seem to be having the same trouble...

I bought the Flash Decompiler, using Paypal, but when I was redirected to the Sothink website after payment, there was no registration key - only the transaction ID.

I have received no confirmation email from Sothink, and no registration key by email.

And I have checked my spam folders. No Sothink email there either.

I have submitted a support request and I have sent an email to support.

You have my money, but I don't have what I paid for. I have work to do, which I need this product for.

This is entirely unacceptable. Please, PLEASE sort this out!!!

well i presume you have sent a PM to sothing on this forum as well as the email with your registration details. then its only a matter of time and they will get back to you, a week or more maybe.

I would humbly recommend that you review and improve your delivery system - so many people have had difficulty and still continue to.

I really think you ought to make this a priority - even over improvements and updates to your (very good) products.
