Hi,

Before buying, I'm testing out this software for my flash encoding needs. My issue thus far, is the audio; it's behind (out of sync) and it sounds a bit satanic; very deep in sound, and slow; thus, it's trailing behind.

I imported the clip as an AVI file (and that plays just fine); I'm running Vista; audio is enabled, with sample rate at 44100, bit rate at 128 and stereo. Video, bit rate 1250, frame rate of 24, key frame at 12.

Any idea why I'm having this issue with the audio being slow and falling behind?

Thanks!!

You know I am having the same problem. I have converted a bunch of videos all at the same bit and frame rate, some have the "out of synch" problem some do not.

Did you ever find a solution?

Thanks,
T.

I am experiencing the same problem from a .VOB file. I increased the Audio bit rate to max, as suggested in one reply to a similar question but it makes no difference.

Does anyone have a fix please, before I decide to buy an alternative product?
