Is there a script or some way to random generate the items order in a data driven scroller?

I need the order of scroller to change on a new page view. Is it possible?

Thanks for any help as I am really loosing a lot of hair over this.

Hi there,

We are sorry that the effect you desired is not available with the current version of Sothink Javascript Web Scroller.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Best Regards

If you really need them to be random, it can be done.

You will have to set the scroller up to use information from a database, then (for MySQL) use ORDER BY RAND() in your SELECT statement. This will cause them to be in a random order each time the page is loaded or reloaded. It will NOT make them random each time they cycle through a complete loop, however; I'm not aware of any way to do that.

Good luck.
