I am new to this and under deadline...

I have three graphics all the same size that I simply want to rotate into View... and display on a website.

Probably a 2-3 second interval as one graphic gets inserted in place of the prior one and have it run continuously.

It would be great if simple functional help support was available to guys like me, who don't have time ramp up on everything, but simply need to accomplish a specific graphics task...

any direction you can provide would be appreciated.

Did you mean that you want to rotate images and view them on web broswers? If so, you can try to rotate your three graphics (http://www.rasteredge.com/how-to/vb-net ... ate-image/) one by one or in batch rotation mode within an document image processing tool (http://www.rasteredge.com/how-to/vb-net ... rocessing/) on you pc or mobile or tablet devices, after the rotation, then upload the graphics on web page. i am not 100% sure that whether you want to use a prorgammed image rotating software or an image rotation application in programmatical way? Because two options involve two utterly different progresses.
