OK I've done something wrong and cannot see what I've done wrong. I'm in the early stages of completely redesigning a website and wanted to use flash menus. At this time I have a test page with only the flash menu at http://precisionmarbleinc.com/test-horz-menu-flash.php. In the FM application I can view the menu in FF and IE but I cannot see the menu on the web. I've read through the help file but I still cannot determine what I've done wrong.

My original menu was created with Sothink DHTML Menu 9, I imported it into FM, changed from a vertical to horizontal and will merge several item and make the horizontal menu much shorter but before I do this I have to get it working on the web.

Big thanks!

OK I got the darn thing to work, IMHO the help file was not helpful, it seems like a lot of it is double-talk!

Now that I got it working on a test page (see http://precisionmarbleinc.com/test-horz-menu-flash.php) I have a problem with the bottom of the menu, why is it chopped off? I see the same issue when I mouse over something and get a dropdown.

The problems seem to be mounting and I don't understand how to eliminate them in FM.

The site URL is http://precisionmarbleinc.com
The folder location for the site on my system for the root is S:\Documents\My Webs\Precision Marble\www\
The menu code is located at S:\Documents\My Webs\Precision Marble\www\menu

I've looked at the source code for a working FM menu at http://pearlsky.com and as near as I can see my code (after correcting errors that FM creates) is near identical. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG?

My test page is at http://precisionmarbleinc.com/test-horz-menu-flash.php

The code that is generated is (why is the site root identified as my system?)

Flash Menu

Following is the code after corrections by me:

Flash Menu

I don't know if it is me (highly likely) or FM is just not quite there.

Did you ever get yours to work? Mine is not working either (in Sharepoint) and I am unsure what to do next.

If this menu is so complicated maybe you should try another software.
