I have problems with menu. It doesn't appear in some cases.
Take a look at http://central.beroni.com/centralreservas
At the left column, it should appear a menĂº. If you open it with IE8 or Firefox/Chrome, it works, but not with IE10.
Using Sothink DHTML Menu 9.80

I discover the problem is related to the PopUpMenu section, option Effect. If I change it to Normal, the menu is showed fine.

Hi Beroni,

Sothink DHTML Menu used the special effects supported by previous versions of IE and Microsoft has removed special effects support from IE 10 (see viewtopic.php?f=9&t=326915#p485899 ). As you have discovered, if you remove the special effects from your menu it will work fine in IE10. I have tested all my sites in both the app version and the desktop version of IE10 and the DHTML Menus all work fine with the exception of the sample page of special effects on the "Advanced" tab of the Unofficial Sothink DHTML Menu Resource Site.

Regards,

Bill

Mine was a Heathkit H-88 (still have it!). Cassette tape loader for the OS -- 24K of RAM.

Thanks for your answers.
My first own computer was an Amstrad CPC 64, it had Basic & CP/M, and now I have an Ultrabook with all kind of sensors + Windows 8. We don't forget our old knowledgebase skills, because it still helps nowadays.

You're right about old skills. One reason I started developing web sites was because I looked at HTML and it reminded me of the text markup we used in the days before WYSIWYG word processing software.
