Hello. A while ago I bought Sothink Video Encoder for Adobe Flash. When I installed it first time, I had a Win 7 32bit version installed on my PC, and the software worked just fine.
Now I installed it on the same computer, but on win 7 64bit vers, and I get ffdshow error. If I`m converting a file to any of the settings FLASH VIDEO SORRENSON H.263 it works fine.

If I`m trying to convert a file form the HD settings menu, I get the following error

Ffdshow has stopped working

Sothink has not been very responsive of late. You might try to PM the following Moderators of this forum:

BrendaHu, Cindyrae and SharonLee.

I don't use this particular software, so I can't be of much help. Sorry.

Well, they have contacted me, told me to upload files to their ftp and that was it. And this happened 2 weeks ago. No response, no nothing. Anyone knows how I get a refund!. These people are not serious!
