Hi, I have bought the Stand alone version of the web video downloader and had no problems with it...until now, what happened was that I had to reformat my computer and now the video downloader crashes when I add another download into the list, this is especially bad when downloading youtube clips which wasn't a problem before...any ideas please.
Thank you.
Duncan.
Just spent the morning uninstalling flash player and all of it's componants and reinstalling the latest version, a little better but youtube clips still crash the downloader and reduces my computer to a crawl.
I am using XP Home Edition Service Pack 3, I have tried the downloader from the supplied back-up disk and from Sothinks web site...all do the same...crash and crawl.

Oh well..no one else has this problem, I guess it's time to find another downloader then as I don't want to reformat my HDD just because of one programme being awkward, is there no repair programme available..like you get with most "pay for" anti-virus suites.
Pity I liked this new set up too.
