Hi! I Would like to create a rollover effect on a object, but i don't know how to do it, i know that i have to do something in the actions panel. I have a object, it has a effect and i would like to pass the mouse over it and when i pass the mass over the object it would appear a text that i have written. I hope that could understand what i'm trying to explain.
Sorry for my english, i don't practice for a long time.
Thanks

I realize this is an old topic, but I figured I would ask, as I'm just learning the Flash methods. I like your "advanced" rollover effect more so then your basic one. I have looked over it, and can't find where you put the code to implement the rollover coding. anyone mind pointing me in the right direction? .. the basic one is easy, but I'm trying to make it so that a highlighted box (transparent filled box basically) is showing when I hover over certain areas, so having the advanced rollover is much more usefull to me, just can't figure it out =( .. thanks in advance.

EDIT: nvm on this question,.. found it within the action scripting. Hidden little coding there =). very good explanation on it though, thx!
