Build out your website with quality content and center it around local keywords. Google wants to send its users to quality websites which offer people valuable information. If you do the bear minimum, then it’s not going to be enough to reach the top of the rankings.
Another way to show Google your credentials as a local business is by getting other local businesses to link to you. Links from other websites help show Google that your site is authoritative and worthy of ranking high in the SERPs.
The more quality links you can get from local businesses, the more likely Google is to see you as a trustworthy local business and feature you in its local SERP features.
