What You Can Earn
For every sale you generate, you earn 25% of the sale amount. Each order minimally brings you USD $9 – $20. The Commission rate could be increased based on your performance!
How the Affiliate Program Works
Our affiliate program is managed by Element 5 AG. When visitors click on the affiliate link you post, an internet cookie will be placed on their computers. This cookie stores your affiliate information and will be valid for six months. Whether your visitors purchase our products at the time of their initial visits, or return to our site within 6 months to make a purchase, as long as the cookie is still on their computers you will earn a commission on the sale.
Getting Started
It’s quite simple. First, fill in the blanks to Sign Up on Element 5 as our affiliate.
As soon as your account is activated, you will receive an email with instructions (including your Affiliate ID and password). You may log in your control panel here to place orders, manage your account and check reports.
List our product on you website, any one buy the products on your web will point to our order page, which will be recorded by Elememt5. You will get the commission monthly.

1. I signed up - what happens next?
A: Next, element 5 reviews the information of each newly registered Affiliate and then informs us, so there may be a slight delay until you are activated as a Sothink Affiliate. The length of this delay depends on how often we review Affiliate information. In any event, we will keep you informed via e-mail as to the status of your request.
Once you have registered and been activated, you will receive your login data for the Affiliate Control Panel. The Control Panel contains detailed information about your partnerships and products. After your account is activated by us, you may then embed links on your Web site and begin to market our products.
2.How can you make sure that all of my referrals are accounted for?
A: These two methods guarantee that your sales are always be tracked: You can choose to rely on the affiliate ID, which is contained in your unique order link, or you can have us place a cookie on the user's machine with your affiliate ID stored in it. If the user purchases the software at a later time, the cookie will be recognized and the sale assigned to you.
3.When will I get paid my commission?
A: Element 5 sends out Payment Reports to affiliates on the 8th of the each month for the previous month's sales.
Payment is then made on the 15th for the previous month's earnings, provided you reach the minimum payment amount of 100 EUR/USD or 70 GBP in commission earnings.
4.Is there a minimum amount I have to earn in order to receive payment?
A: Yes, you must earn a minimum of 100 EUR/USD or 70 GBP in commission before payment can be made. If the minimum amount is not reached, the total is carried over to the next month.
5.How much commission will I receive?
A: The commission rate for each affiliate will be set by the SourceTec Software Co., Ltd. Normally the sales commission is 25%, but the rate could be increased based on your performance. You will be informed of any changes in commission by e-mail that occurs after activation by us.
6.Which payment methods and currencies are available for me to receive my
payments?
A: You can receive payments either by check or wire transfer, in USD, EUR or GBP. You can set your preferred payment method in the Control Panel under "Company Data".
7.I haven't received my payment for last month's sales, what do I do?
A: There are many reasons that your payment may have not arrived. If you have pre-set a transfer limit and this limit has not been reached, or your balance has not exceeded our lower limit (see question above), the payment will be held until the limit is reached.
If you did not define a limit for your payment, or believe your payment may have been held in error, please contact us at affiliates@element5.com. Please be sure to give wire transfers ample time to post to your account!
8.Are there any costs participating as an affiliate?
A: There are no monthly or fixed costs to you for participating in Sothink element 5's affiliate program.
9.What information will I receive on my sales?
A: You have access to sales reports in the Affiliate Control Panel, where you can view your sales and earnings by date. element 5 does not provide the end-user customer's data to you as this remains the property of the publisher of the software.
10.How should I promote the products?
A: You can place the referral links anywhere on your website. It is typically a good idea to place them with complementing products or related topics to help generate referrals. Since you have a lot of flexibility with the links, you can also try out different locations of the links on your website to gauge their effectiveness.
11.How can I terminate a partnership with a software author / publisher?
A: In your Affiliate Control Panel, you can display all your partnerships in the section "Products". Simply filter by "Partnership exists". For each partnership, you will find a button "Terminate partnership". Then simply remove the links from your website after you submitted your termination request.
12.Can I adapt the order process to the "look & feel" of my own website?
A: Yes, you can edit your styles in the Affiliate Control Panel, where you can set a default style for the order process with the element 5 Style Editor.
13.Multiple accounts created?
A: Please note that only one Affiliate Control Panel account is necessary for access to all participants in our Affiliate Network. Please continue using your existing account and log-in to the Affiliate Control Panel with your affiliate ID and password to request additional affiliations.
