I just purchased the new FlashVideo encoder and it crashes when you set the Image Quality to 100.

BUG-Image Quality: by default is set to 70, this setting leaves the final results pixalated and very undesirable,

BUG-Coverting Error: after rendering to a .SWF or a .FLV format in ANY of the Preset Options (1-5), and setting the Image Quality to 100, it crashes at the point of "creating swf/flv file..."

NOTE: If I set the Image Quality to 90 or less, it will convert to either format successfully, but it leaves the image quality extremely poor and the end product is useless. This is a waste of a developers money to purchase this product, it the end results are not of good quality like the video. What type of encoding are you using?

I would either like my money back or for you to provide me with either a fix/patch/update. This product is a great idea, but it should have been fully QA tested before introducing to the public.

Hello,

For the image quality, normally if the image quality value you choose is higher, the image quality will be better. If possible, you can send us the video file and we will check if the output file works as you described.

But for the crash problem, did it happen everytime when you try to convert different files and set image quality to 100? Which operating system are you using?
Please tell us the format of video file you converted and send us the imported video file to check.

We must say that we do have done large numbers of test works before releasing the current version. With regard to the problem you have met, if you could provide us the file for checking, it will be more helpful and useful for us to check and resolve your problem.

Thanks a lot.
