I have some video files that are in WMV format. About a 30 minute video is somewhere around 40 MB. If I convert this to flash, will it shrink? I have Adobe Flash Professional CS3, so I am trying the video encoder to convert to .FLV, but it seems the file is going to be significantly larger. I tried to convert with Camtasia Studio 5, but it made a .SWF file of about 400mb, which is rediculous.Maybe Flash is a larger format? Or am I not using a ood compression? I have fddshow installed, so I have plenty of codecs and should have any compression available.
