I created a banner for a website and I usually check it on IE first and do most of my work in IE. Once I have the project completed in IE, I check it on Firefox. The banner I did works great in IE (800 px wide) but in Firefox, it appears as if it is 150px. Why would there be a difference?

Hi Compton,
I'm sorry if this reply is a little late for you. I checked your site just a little while ago and I didn't find any problems viewing it in FF. I just want to make sure if it is the size of the content page that you are talking about being too small in FF. If that's the case then you can increase the size in your window by pressing the mouse ball pressing the control button simultaneously.

First of all IE is not using common web standards to display web pages. The dozens and hundreds of CSS-IE work arounds tell their own story and there is definitely no light at the end of this tunnel.I've been using Firefox and never get back to Explorer.

Firefox is a faster and lighter over the Inter Explorer. I think IE never follow some standards so it creates problem.FF has more security than IE.

Hi.... my brother has uploaded his site to the WWW and when viewed in firefox the colors are different to when viewed in Internet explorer.

Is there a logical reason for this?
