Hello Sothink members support team,

Well, where I should start. I was first very impressed with how easy it was to create menu using your software. This is why I purchase the product as I develop website for a University. But now here is the problem, I purchased an educational version and I guess I should have waited and tested it some more....

What a bad decision, I was EXTREMELY dissapointed by the lack of browser/OS compatibility.

I mean come on now, I think coding could be a little less sloppy. I have tested the DHTML menu that your sofware produced on MAC (OS9) using IE (5) and Netscape (4.7) and houch....the menu does not even show up (frontpage problem I guess). (http://itc.ulv.edu), but this does not always happen........(seem to work ok on horizontal menu....why???beats me...)
I tested your own pages and again, ouch, serious crash, as a general rule the last item on the menu does not appear at the correct location (submenu) (usually bottom of the page) (http://itc.ulv.edu/business or check your own pages/examples, several of the last menu choices don't appear at the correct location)

I found several other websites providing DHTML menu out there that seem to work on several more browsers (and some of them even offer the menus for free i.e http://simplythebest.net for example). I admit they are not as easy to use as your sofware and you have to spend more time on the coding but they work in all browsers.......(IE 4+, IE 6+, NS 4+, NS 6+, Opera )

I think it's time to go back to the drawing board and make sure that the product is a little more reliable across browsers and operating system, if you want to stay competitive (as it does not work on MAC OS9). Now, don't get me wrong, it works great in the last IE and Netscape (using windows) but so many users still use old browsers (as I recently realised).......I hope to see an update very soon.

Best,
Cedric
