Delete any special effects and republish your menu.

That is because of the special effects which have been deleted in IE10. And we found this problem also exists in similar software.

As a temporary solution, we suggest you delete the popup effect or use cross-browser compliant effects, including "Slip and Rectangle" within DHTML Menu. Then republish the menu to your webpage. The menu will display correctly.

We will make a further research on the compatibility issue on IE10 and will inform you timely if there is any update.

Sorry, I need a more detailed explanation as I didn't see anything I could alter in the sub menu, so I deleted it....can you explain we suggest you delete the popup effect or use cross-browser compliant effects, including "Slip and Rectangle" within DHTML Menu."?

In the menu w/ the submenu selected, the popup menu shows, all that is selected is the direction of the submenu to show....cross browser option, I didn't find at all.

Also my reg keys for v9 are not working could someone send me a new set as what was sent last week is not working....I lost my hard drives, thanks, Cyn

Here is a very simple DHTML Menu with no special effects: http://bestwebmenu.com/ie8/

I tested the menu with IE10 running on Windows 7 and 8 and the menu seems to work fine. I recommend that you not use any special effects in your menu. Make sure that Popup-Menu>Effect is normal:

Regarding the reg key for DHTML Menu Version 9, please send an email to support@sothink.com with your purchase information.
