Hi David,

Normally, the registration information for the single product purchased through PayPal will be delivered to the customer automatically once the payment is completed.

Sorry but we couldn't locate your purchase record using the information you provided.

Actually, your registration information has been sent and resent the you already. But it seems that you still have not received it yet.

From our experience with this kind of issues, we discovered from what our customers told us, that there are cases when our emails went in the spam or bulk section of the email address. We suggest you have a check and whitelist support@sothink.com in your mailbox to get the prompt response.

And we have just resent the license to you both at your registered email address and via PM, please have a check.
