In your FAQ, it is written that we will have first to contact email@example.com
to get a link for paying the special fee for this upgrade and in return we will obtain the new license key.
3 days after, still no answer from your company. And don't reply that your mails from china are often blocked by european ISP as yesterday night I have received an auto reply for a support request to Sothink Customer Service Center.
Today when trying to send a new mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
, I have the following permanent reply :
<email@example.com>: host mail.sothink.com[126.96.36.199] said: 554 mail server permanently rejected message (#5.3.0) (in reply to end of DATA command)
So it seems that the main problem does not come from our ISP but from YOUR
I have worked fews days on the menu for a website and for the moment I can't use this work as the limitation of the trial version makes these menu totally unusable.
