My slideshow pictures are cycling through properly but the transitions are not working between each photo. The transitions DO work in IE8, but are not working in Firefox or Safari. I thought that having absolute links for the JS files would have fixed it, but it didn't.

You can see the trouble here: http://www.feelmyballs.org/shop/front.php
(the photos should be transitioning for the glow-in-the-dark wristband photos only)

There is NO scroller on this page, only an animated GIF file. The first thing you need to do to get your JWS project to work . . . is to have one. Then, if it doesn't work, myself or someone else can help you.

Could this have been a shameless spamming of the forum?

I think so.

1. it is not an animated GIF. it is made up of 3 separate JPG's.
http://www.feelmyballs.org/shop/images/glow_black1.jpg
http://www.feelmyballs.org/shop/images/glow_black2.jpg
http://www.feelmyballs.org/shop/images/glow_black3.jpg

2. if you knew what you were talking about you would have inspected my source code to see that it's not a GIF, so i'd prefer to get help from someone with a little more knowledge.
The code of my scroller.js file is as follows:

sts_bs("",[20080623,"http://www.feelmyballs.org/shop/images/","","blank.gif",1,1,1,10,"300px","left",0,0,300,226,1,226,0,0,1,3000,1,24,2,"progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Wipe(GradientSize=1.0,wipeStyle=0,motion=reverse,enabled=0,Duration=0.78)",7,32],["none",0,"#FFFFFF","transparent","","repeat"]);
sts_ai("i0",[0,"","","_self","http://www.feelmyballs.org/shop/images/glow_black1.jpg",300,226,"center"],["#000000","9pt Arial","#000000","none","9pt Arial","#000000","none"]);
sts_ai("i1",[,,,,"http://www.feelmyballs.org/shop/images/glow_black2.jpg"],[],"i0","i0");
sts_ai("i2",[,,,,"http://www.feelmyballs.org/shop/images/glow_black3.jpg"],[],"i0","i0");
sts_es();

see? no GIF's, smartass.

3. give me a break...i'm not spamming this forum to get single digit hits to my website. we do well enough without the few extra hits we might get from this board, so go troll another thread. i came here for assistance, not to accusations.

so, anyone else willing to assist it is much appreciated.

Go to the "Global" tab.

On the left, choose "Scroll Style".

Set the pause to 3-5 seconds or how ever long you want it to be.

Set the "Speed" for the effect to 40 or less and you will get a smooth transition.

Make sure that you have the transition effect you want to use selected.

Of course, you don't need to use this information, as it comes from a "smartass".

you are absolutely useless. i already have a transition applied. if you bothered to read my initial post you'll see that the transition DOES work in IE but is NOT working in Firefox.
if you're the only person that is going to "try" to help me then i'm better off just submitting a ticket to SoThink's support unless there is someone else who will actually read my trouble and offer something useful.

Why don't you just hold your breath till they show up?

Got a day off, so I decided to play with the scroller you are having so much "trouble" with.

Wow! I can't figure out how YOU screwed it up, but when I do what I instructed you to do . . . the scroller WORKS IN FIREFOX.

MY GOODNESS!!! It works in SAFARI!!!

Maybe you just need to GROW UP and PAY ATTENTION.

Make sure you have javascript enabled because without it, it won't work. If you have current javascript on your computer, it does work unless you have disabled javascript (addons like "noscript" will block javascripts by default).

Go to: http://www.java.com/en/download/whatis_java.jsp

Go about 1/2 way down the page, and click on "download". Install the program.
