A simple Rotating Effect. Do you feel the animated object is rotating and coming close to your sight? Actually, that is a group of pictures which are laid out according to rotation angles and scaling. Use ActionScript in event "onEnterFrame" to magnify the picture in turn. When its size is up to 100%, reset it to minimum promptly.
