How to get a registration key?

 

Our registration keys are normally based on your E-Mail address, and some may be based on your full name and company name if you order the site license of the product.

For first-come users:

There are two methods for you to get registration keys instantly:
1.

Once you submit the order and complete the payment, you will be directed into a page on Sothink.com. The page will display your registration key information instantly. Please see the followings:

Note: You can save the page to your hard disk for future retrievement.

2.
We will send you a purchase confirmation email automatically which provides you the full registration key information and download link for the product you have ordered on our website.

Note: some users may not receive the confirmation email from Sothink Customer Service. Here are the most common reasons:

• Your e-mail server is unavailable or reports errors while receiving the e-mail. It is possible that this e-mail will be delivered later; usually the delivery is re-tried at 4 hours intervals, for a few days.
• Your e-mail box is full, so our replies can't be delivered to you.
• You are using some kind of spam protection, and our reply email has been rejected for some reason. You can add support@sothink.com to your trusted e-mail addresses to solve this problem.
• Your emails are sent on holidays. It may take a little delay to reply the emails on holidays.

If all above solutions do not help, you can try other method to contact support team as soon as possible.

For upgrade users:

Based on our upgrade policy, if you are qualified to enjoy free upgrade, you can keep using the registration key you’ve got after purchase for the previous version, since the key is always valid for minor upgrade version.

If you pay for major upgrade version, you need to get a new valid key to unlock the upgrade version. The key will be displayed on our website after you complete the payment (same with above)

For others who lost the registration key:

Each registered users can enjoy free service to retrieve the lost keys. Please keep in mind to offer us detailed order information firstly and then click here to request your key.
